Our retreat combines science-based processes and modern personal development research with Eastern techniques, imparting powerful tools, skills and resources.

What to Expect
Monday
Arrive any time after 2pm, unpack and soak in your paradise surrounds.
Join us at 5pm for welcome cocktails and canapes overlooking the Coral Sea and Whitsunday islands. |
Tuesday
9am - Get to know each other, and the importance of resilience for our mind & body.
Introduction to Mind Body Medicine techniques that soothe, energise and heal. 1.30 - mind/body movement class 2.30 - free time/1:1 coaching session with Natalie. |
Wednesday
9am - Stress management and resilience training - building a robust bank of tools & techniques to heal and prepare for future adversities, including evidence-based Mind Body Medicine therapies.

Thursday
Experience a world-class, full-day eco-adventure! Hop on the Viper, Whitsundays' fastest boat, for a journey to the outer Great Barrier Reef for exhilarating snorkeling. Enjoy a bush-walk at Hill Inlet, boasting one of the world's most stunning vistas. Finish your day on the iconic Whitehaven Beach's white sands and in its turquoise waters.*

Friday
9am - Immerse yourself in a morning of gentle Mind Body exercises and training that boost your confidence, clarity, resilience and happiness.
1.30 - mind/body movement class 2.30 - free time/1:1 coaching session with Natalie. Evening - dinner celebration in a local waterfront restaurant. |
Saturday
Share, reflect and
consolidate with art and workbook activities. Wrap up by 1pm after lunch. Stay & play in the Whitsundays, or head home with great memories, new energy, empowerment and friends. |
The early mornings, mid afternoons and evenings are free for you to relax, go for a walk, swim laps in the iconic 'lagoon' pool on the beachfront, or dip into the infinity pool at the venue and gaze across the Coral Sea and islands. Restaurants and cafes are only a 10–20-minute stroll away. Massages are available in town and in your apartment.
