Welcome to a wellbeing retreat like no other, where professional facilitators, Bel and Nat, combine their expertise for a fun and transformative experience. 

Bel is a lecturer at the College of Complimentary Medicine and a Mind Body Medicine practitioner with extensive knowledge in Mind Body Medicine, body psychology, nutrition, counselling, acupressure, and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Her powerful intuition and skills will help you tap into your body's innate healing abilities and guide you towards optimal health and wellbeing.

As a resilience and stress management coach and author with a zest for animals and nature, Natalie will empower you to overcome challenges and find your path to inner peace and happiness.
Our retreat combines science-based processes and modern personal development research with ancient wisdom and Eastern techniques, imparting powerful tools, skills and resources. 
​
Combine all this with a big splash of fun, adventure, and tropical paradise, and you'll feel a newfound sense of vitality, resilience, and joy that will stay with you long after the retreat is over. Men and women are welcome.

What to Expect

Sunday
Arrive any time after 2pm, unpack and soak in your paradise surrounds. 
Join us at 5pm for welcome cocktails and canapes overlooking the Coral Sea and Whitsunday islands. 


Monday
9am - Introduction to each other and the importance of resilience for mind & body.  
PM - Introduction to  Mind Body Medicine  techniques that soothe, energise and heal.
4pm - free time 
Tuesday
9am - Stress management and resilience training - building a robust bank of 25 tools to heal and prepare for future adversities.  
PM - Mind Body Medicine training and therapy including nutrition, qi gong, bodywork and much more.  
​From 4pm - free time 
Wednesday
Full day eco- adventure!
We farewell land and sail around the stunning Whitsunday islands, including the iconic Whitehaven beach. Snorkel with fish and turtles and feel the awe of the migrating humpback whales. 


Thursday
9am - Immerse yourself in a full day of gentle exercises and activities that enable you to find joy and happiness. 
Evening - dinner celebration in a local waterfront restaurant. 
Friday
Share, reflect and 
consolidate.  
Wrap up by 1pm after lunch.  
Stay and play in the Whitsundays, or head home with great memories, new energy, skills and friends. 



The early mornings, late afternoons and evenings are free for you to relax, go for a walk, swim laps in the iconic 'lagoon' pool on the beachfront, or dip into the pool at the venue and gaze across the sea. Restaurants are only a 10-20 minute stroll away. Massages are available in town and in your apartment.
