Hi, I’m Natalie. I know how hard it can be to recover from distressing events. I also know how long-term stress can harm your health, happiness and thinking ability. Eighteen months after a traumatic event, I ended up with cancer. Resilience is an antidote to stress. With resilience, you are prepared- mentally, physically and spiritually- for hardship. When you’re prepared, you can adapt positively to negative events. With resilience, you embrace the unknown and move forward with a sense of curiosity and faith- that you will prevail. My programs will help you to: 1. Prepare for future hardships. 2. Recover from hardship by helping your inner hero to emerge... and it will! It doesn't matter where you are on your journey.
