The Richards Trauma Process (TRTP)

TRTP is a structured, empowering process that works with both the mind and body to release the emotional charge of past distressing events in usually 3  x 2 hour Zoom sessions. Unlike traditional therapies, it doesn’t require you to relive painful memories or talk endlessly about your experiences.
TRTP addresses trauma at its core, resolving deep-seated fears and limitations stored in the subconscious and the body.

    Let go of the emotional charge from traumatic events — without revisiting painful details.

How TRTP Resolves Trauma
TRTP aligns with the two key requirements trauma experts (like van der Kolk and Levine) say are needed for trauma resolution:
  1. The person must be moved to an empowered position related to the trauma.
  2. The body must know the event is over — and that it’s safe now.
TRTP starts by resetting underlying unconscious beliefs that keep you stuck in patterns of thought, emotion, and behaviour.
