Join us for an evening of storytelling and meeting some storytellers from the 'Campfire for the Heart' series of books.
Hosted by The Resilience Centre, the event will take place around a campfire on February 17, at a private, waterfront home in Sydney. Tickets are free and strictly limited. Register your place here. |
Hi, I’m Natalie. I know how hard it can be to recover from distressing events. I also know how long-term stress can harm your health, happiness and thinking ability. Eighteen months after a traumatic event, I ended up with cancer. Resilience is an antidote to stress. With resilience, you are prepared- mentally, physically and spiritually- for hardship. When you’re prepared, you can adapt positively to negative events. With resilience, you embrace the unknown and move forward with a sense of curiosity and faith- that you will prevail. My programs are designed to: 1. Prepare you for future hardship 2. Inspire, support and empower you to recover from hardship by enabling your inner HERO to emerge... and it will! It doesn't matter where you are on your journey. The focus is on building your ‘resilience muscle’ so you can adapt to negative events positively! |
